I like the way it sits in the middle of the vehicle making cannulation of the left arm easier, rather than reaching over the patient

Looks great at a glance (Blwyddyn Newydd Dda, pawb... btw)
Would like to see it ullustrated on inclines as well. Forward downhill, rear downhill and when on a sideways slope.
If it works then that is well sorted.
Oh and what's like across bouncey fields.
The Fernos are crap and the old Ruggeds were excellent and generally easier to manoeuvre with only one person - useful for colleague closing up back of vehicle whilst other continues to A&E doors, for example.
