Clinical Documentation is an important aspect of our practice along with good practice and effective handling of paperwork. This short course will help you interpret and understand the format and layout of effectively documenting an incident.

The course will be split into four elements:

1) The Paper / Electronic Document Writing Process,

2) Legal & Ethical Considerations,

3) The Investigation,

 

By the end of the day , you should feel confident about your documenting skills and your ability to construct a well organized history of your patient.

All attendees will be provided with Lunch and Refreshments through the day.

A Certificate of attendance will be issued on the day.
