Hello all, I am aware that PAFO has been blocked by the Welsh Ambulance Trust Management, on the grounds that they felt we were bringing the Trust into Direpute and that we were/are using an official logo that we are not entitled to use.

Can I first Clarify to all readers, this site is/was never constructed to be a form of negativity, it just happens that the views of most are negative (not our fault, these are your views), as for the logo, I am not aware of any such logo, and if anybody spots it please let us know so that we may remove it. This site was constructed to enable you all to air your concerns , worries and to discuss matters that relate to you.

I Have sent the following response to Management:

Hi ******.

Was informed of the email/newsletter sent out to your staff about the blocking of our website.

Must say i'm disappointed as it is a way for staff to vent their frustrations and say what they felt, however I do understand your reasons as there is a lot of negativity on there, that was never the aim of the site. It was set up originally for collection of news articles with a view to covering the whole of the UK, and we are getting there. We then added forums as you know, and well what can I say.

Anyway there was some mention of your official Trust Logo, I/we are not aware of any logo on the site related to the Trust, however if you could please confirm where this logo can be found we will remove it immediately, there is and never was any intention to appear linked to the trust, we aim to cover pre-hospital workers in the whole of the UK, and as stated in your email/newsletter are completely independent and thats how we wish to remain.

The only place I can think you mean in relation to the logo, was a banner advertisment for the trust, but was simply that, an advertisment, which was pointing to your official site, so that outside visitors wishing to know more about the Welsh Ambulance Trust, could click on and find out more about you, but as we/I can only assume this is what you are refering to, we have removed the advertisment.

Hope to clear up this misunderstanding soon..
